Tomb Raiders

Posted on September 5th, 2017 in General News by Mr Dingley

Today the children entered the tomb of a Pharaoh that had been sealed for 5000 years (Well since lunch time).

They had to crawl through the narrow entrance armed with just torches.

Their mission, to find and record all of the Pharaoh’s funeral possessions.

They also had to make replicas of the Pharaoh’s death mask.

This was to be a really “WOW” start to our Ancient Egypt topic. Both adults and children enjoyed the excavation.

How good to see these photos, thanks a lot for allowing parents an insight into this modern albeit Egyptian-styled Hazel class!
